Acting as Principal Designer (CDM Regulations 2015)
Agreeing interim Valuations with Contractor
Monthly Financial Reporting forecasting the anticipated Final Costs
Site visits, chairing monthly site meetings
Sign off at Practical Completion
Preparation of ‘snagging’ lists
Agreement of Main Contractors Final Account
Collating and issuing the O&M File to Client
