GEA is a UK based Practice of Chartered Surveyors established in 1979 in Harlow, with all round expertise, committed to ensuring quality of service to each of its clients.
In this short introduction, we wish to emphasize our flexibility of approach and our experience of handling all types of construction projects and energy consultancy services relating to ECO and Green Deal.
GEA has expanded its Harlow base and has successfully completed projects all over the UK. The largest contract undertaken to date was in excess of £150 (million) – (Project Golden Gate – The project consisted of the purchase and redevelopment of 104 petrol filling stations).
Moving with the times, GEA have diversified their expertise to offer Construction Management Consultancy in the fields of Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Planning, Cost Management, Construction Management and Facilities Management, dealing with projects from inception and feasibility study through to completion and commissioning, or assisting with specific stages, as required.
The basis of our service has always been founded on prompt attention and personal service coupled with sound professional advice. Emphasis is given to alternative methods of approach without foregoing traditional values. It is the flexibility with which we approach each new project that gives our clients the confidence to come to GEA for advice on all aspects of Cost Management Services relating to the Construction Industry.
GEA has built up an enviable client base including a number of “blue chip” clients and has gained a wealth of experience of working on all types of construction projects.
GEA have also forged strong links with Architectural and Engineering Consultants and we therefore are able to offer a complete service giving our clients a single point of contact in the procurement and construction phases of a project, from its inception through to the agreement of the final account.
This comprehensive range of services enables the client to choose the most appropriate discipline, which in turn can be tailored to suit their own individual requirements.
With the benefit of specialist qualified staff, Graham Ellis Associates has grown steadily on a policy of controlled expansion and consolidation. A modern approach is given to Chartered Surveying and other related disciplines, with emphasis given to alternative methods of approach, without foregoing traditional values.
Professional staff include the services of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Chartered Arbitrators, Specialist Project Managers, Chartered Architects and Designers and Cost Surveyors, together with the necessary technical back-up of computer staff, a technical library, Comprehensive Cost Database, accounts and secretarial staff.
