- Organising Pre-Commencement meeting with Client and Contractor
- Project Management on site
- Acting as Principal Designer (CDM Regulations 2015)
- Agreeing interim Valuations with Contractor
- Monthly Financial Reporting forecasting the anticipated Final Costs
- Site visits, chairing monthly site meetings
- Sign off at Practical Completion
- Preparation of ‘snagging’ lists
- Agreement of Main Contractors Final Account
- Collating and issuing the O&M File to Client
