GEA are certified Energy Consultants, approved by the RICS and have recently diversified their expertise to  include the provision of EPC Assessments for Domestic properties, carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

All properties to be sold or rented must by law, have a current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), and this is likely to be even more important in the future, with the adverse effects of global warming and climate change.
